What are they made of?
The pillow is made of 100% cotton fabric, filled with 100% hypoallergenic polyester that is made in Canada. The removable cover is made of a 95% cotton 5% spandex fabric.
Can I wash the cover and/or the pillow?
Yes, you can!
Hand-wash is best for the removable cover to prevent colour fading but if you decide to use your washing machine, please wash the removable cover with other alike colours.
When you decide to wash your Pillow you can place it in your washing machine, we recommend to wash the pillow by itself, we also recommend using a mesh bag if available (but it is not necessary) use the delicate/slow cycle.
DO NOT bleach the removable cover or pillow. and DO NOT tumble dry the pillow as the filler might burn or shrink, let the pillow air dry.
The measurements of our blankets is 40” x 38”. For washing recommendations you can follow same recommendations as the nursing pillow covers.

As soon as we receive your order we will begin to work on it and have it ready to ship within two business days. If the item you purchased stated on the description that it was a READY TO SHIP item, we will have your order ready to ship within 24 hours after the order was placed.
Once item is ready to ship, a shipping label will be created and you will receive a notification email to the email you provided during your checkout process with all shipping information including tracking number. Once your order is picked up by the delivery company we will not be in charge of how long it will take to arrive to it’s final destination, you can check tracking number or call the delivery company to find out more information about your package.
Your order will qualify for free shipping + a tracking number if the order is 70$+ CAD if your order is less than 70$ you can choose the option to track your package by choosing the " Standard Shipping " option, if you chose the shipping option "Letter Mail" keep in mind that this option will not provide a tracking number AND WE WILL NOT be able to find or track the package once it is sent out, sometimes it can take up to 4 weeks for untracked packages to arrive.
We are also offering contactless pick up option for our local customers, you can select the “pick up” option during checkout. A notification email will be sent out once the order is ready for pick up with all the instructions needed.
Exchanges and Returns:
We DO NOT offer full returns or refunds, however there are exceptions. If your item arrives damaged or in a bad condition for any reason, we will be happy to provide you with a new product exactly as what you ordered, please keep in mind we might ask for proof such as pictures to show the product arrived damaged. To prevent any issues we make sure every single item is inspected twice before it’s shipped out to you but we understand things can happen, we are only humans.
